A used drop on a jade stone does not stop releasing cyanoacrylate vapour when you stop dipping into it. It keeps going for as long as it is wet, which over a full day of appointments is most of the day. That vapour is the reason eyes water, and it is the part of the problem no amount of ventilation over the client fixes, because the source is on your side of the table.

How to use it

• Cover the spent drop completely — a thin smear is not enough.
• Leave it until it has fully polymerised.
• Lift it off the stone mechanically. It comes away in one piece.

Specification

• Thirty millilitres. This is the only size Vivienne makes.
• INCI: Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer, Mentha piperita Oil, TEA, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium benzoate, E141.
• Twenty-four months from manufacture. Store tightly closed between five and twenty-five degrees, away from sunlight and heaters.
• Avoid contact with skin.

Good to know

At this price it is the cheapest thing on the trolley that changes how a working day feels. It matters most with a fast adhesive like Nitro, where you are changing the drop often and leaving more of them behind.
