Who a 0.5-second glue is for

At half a second you do not get to reposition. The fan is where you put it. That suits a technician whose placement is already automatic and who is losing time to the pause between dip and set — and it punishes anyone still deciding mid-air. If you are not sure that describes you, a one to two second adhesive will build you a better set.

Conditions it needs

• Nineteen to twenty-six degrees, forty-five to sixty per cent humidity.
• Shake for a full minute before the first drop. Not ten seconds — a minute.
• Wipe the nozzle after every drop and close the cap tightly.
• Dispense onto a fresh drop rather than working a spreading one.

What to keep beside it

A fast adhesive makes humidity control matter more, not less — the glue booster is what you reach for when the room is dry. Kill the spent drop with the Vivienne neutralizer instead of letting it evaporate across the workspace.
