Vilmy Primer Berry Mix 15 g
VILMY
$20.00
Vilmy primer in a berry mix scent, 15 g. The step after degreasing: it opens the lash cuticle so the adhesive bonds properly and the set lasts.
Primer is not degreaser
These get confused constantly, and they are different jobs. A degreaser removes what is on the lash — sebum, dust, makeup. A primer changes the lash itself, opening the cuticle and balancing the surface so the adhesive has something to key into. Degreasing alone is enough for a clean, easy lash; on oily lashes, on a client whose retention is always poor, or before a volume set you want to survive eight weeks, priming afterwards is what makes the difference.
When to use it
After the degreaser, before the adhesive. Skip it on very dry or fragile natural lashes, where the extra step gives you nothing and can dry them further. Use it on problem retention — that is exactly what it is for.
How to use
- Degrease and let the lashes dry.
- Apply a small amount of primer to a lint-free applicator or cotton pad.
- Wipe gently along the lashes.
- Let them dry completely before the adhesive.
